Beautiful cards. A simple idea. A personal reason.
BARDZ started with something I’ve always believed: life is hard enough, so I try to make the people around me feel comfortable and cared for.
I’ve spent much of my career building businesses, solving problems and moving at a very fast pace. But no matter how busy life gets, I’ve always wanted the people around me to feel good.
Often, I would find myself writing a note in my head to someone — a few words of encouragement, a thank you, or simply something I wanted them to know. I’d promise myself I would get to the store, find the right card and send it.
Too often, I never did. And that bothered me.
The problem was simple: I was rarely as prepared as I wanted to be.
It meant a last-minute trip to the greeting card aisle, searching through hundreds of cards trying to find one that actually felt right, but I was often too busy to prioritize it.
I kept thinking: There has to be a better way to do this.
And that became BARDZ — Beautiful Cards.
I wanted beautiful cards already at home — thoughtfully chosen, beautifully made and ready for all those moments when I wanted to show up for someone.
Photography was already a part of my life. I love traveling, gardening and capturing beautiful things I find along the way, especially flowers. Some of those photographs became the first BARDZ cards, featuring images captured in places around the world.
From there, BARDZ grew into collections for birthdays, friendship, gratitude, encouragement and all the ordinary little moments that deserve to be noticed.
But the idea behind BARDZ has never changed:
Make it easier to make someone’s day.
Every BARDZ collection is designed to be something you can keep at home, reach for when life happens, write a few meaningful words and send. No last-minute card aisle. Just beautiful cards, ready when you need them.
Sometimes a text is fine. And sometimes someone deserves to open the mailbox and find something beautiful waiting for them. A card with your words they will cherish.
That’s why BARDZ exists. Thanks for stopping by. I hope you enjoy the Journey around BARDZ.COM and if you desire something you don't see, hit the contact button and let me know.
